Apex Legends™

Squad play with a hero-shooter twist

Apex Legends blends battle-royale pressure with a roster of Legends who bring different abilities to a team. Every match asks you to adapt to the people beside you, the space around you, and the moment when a fight becomes worth taking.

Pick a role, then move together

A Legend's abilities can help a squad gather information, reposition, or create an opening. They matter most when teammates understand the plan. Movement and timing are just as important as aim, especially when another team can change a safe position into a risky one.

Make decisions under pressure

Good matches are not only about the final firefight. Choosing where to move, when to regroup, and whether to commit to an encounter can shape the result long before the last exchange. Try different Legends to find the rhythm and responsibilities you enjoy.

Before you drop in

Apex Legends is free to play and requires an online connection. Check its current Steam page for the latest modes, availability, and PC requirements, which can change as the game is updated.
